We willy nilly just randomly selected Jim as a realtor® because he was the listing agent for a home we wanted to view. Little did we know at the time we had just won the realtor® lottery jackpot. Jim is absolutely amazing! As a home buyer, he was extremely knowledgeable about the market here in town, where the good homes were, where to avoid, where is an up-and-coming neighborhood, etc… He answered every question thrown at him with confidence and thoroughness. He was patient with us and was willing to work with us and show us as many houses as it took to get us into our dream home. I never felt pressured by him or rushed when viewing a home, like he genuinely cared that we were getting the right home and not just getting him a pay…

We ended up finding an amazing place at an amazing price thanks to his due diligence. We got pretty much exactly what we were looking for thanks to him. Now as a seller, his professionalism and knowledge impressed me even more so. He handled all the necessary paperwork and got things in order. He viewed our home to be sold and made several recommendations so we could get the most return for the least amount of money spent. The listing itself was absolutely beautiful, when we saw the pictures he had posted we weren’t even sure that was the same house we were living in because he made it look so amazing. His pictures made the home look huge, spacious, and beautiful. He captured everything that we loved about that house. Some realtor® post like five pictures of a home and leave the buyers guessing. He posted over 40 pictures of our home so the buyer knew exactly what they were getting in to when viewing our property. He also had an amazing assortment of contacts to assist with all the needed work to be done on our home. Several of his suggested contacts, like him, were absolutely pleasant to work with. None of them raked me over the coals, in fact, a couple did the jobs for mere pennies since the issues and concerns ended up not being a huge deal. Jim also has a team of assistants who help him manage communication and paperwork, and they too were all amazing and pleasant to deal with. Long story short, our house was under contract literally 5-6 hours after the home had been listed and we ended up selling for $5k more than our asking price. Jim and his team have my utmost respect and thanks and my highest recommendation. I will not lose his number. If you are looking to purchase or sell a house, you won't find a better team than the Jim Brunswick team.

He is a true professional, who genuinely cares and is very honest and friendly. No matter what time of day or night it was, Jim would respond to any of my questions or concerns. My friend found the listing for the perfect home that I had been searching for. She quickly set up a showing for me and it happened to be on a weekend. The agent who arrived for the showing was James Brunswick from RE/MAX 4000. Jim appeared to be very personable and professional. He instantly knew information about the home and property and was also aware of the fact that a lot of people were interested in this property. I realized I needed a contract right away that same day and there was no waiting around in this market. We were lucky enough to select him as our realtor® as we live in Texas and wanted to move to Grand Junction. He kept us constantly informed as new home listings became available. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to physically walk through the properties. We found one that was in our price range and had everything and more on our wish list. We did a walk-through on a FaceTime call and fell in love. His office was attentive and efficient and advised us on a local lender with a great reputation. There was another offer on the property and due to his expertise and advice our bid was selected. The whole process was painless and expeditious and we credit Jim for our success!
